Register and setup

One completed you will have to exit the Web Browser and return to the application by reopening. If you agree to the Terms and Conditions tap "agree". 3. You should be in the application and able to setup your health record.

Allscripts EMR anounces iPhone app for doctors

Allscript, a leader in EMR and EHR software for ambulatory and hospitals has announced an iPhone application for caregivers. Their new app will provide doctors and caregivers access to Allscripts EMR systems, allowing them to view patients medical records on their phones. This is simular to motionPHR application in that our PHR will allow the patient access to their own records on their iPhone.
