Bad reviews with not comments

We have had a few bad review but no comments were left. I am assuming that these are from competition. One was from a so called analysis that didn't know the difference from a mobile PHR and a Web App.

    A question, however. Sorry if this is not the right place to post. I didn't see a support link, and e-mail to your corporate site is returned.

    How can I reset the password. Being old and forgetful, I forgot to right down the password when I set it. Now, I've forgotten!

    Can I reset without losing the information I entered? If not, how do I reload the app and start fresh with a password I'll remember.
